By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have fully read and agree to these terms. Blatant and repeated ignorance of these terms will result in your commission cancelled without refund and a block.

PAYMENT TERMS
- Payments are to be made through PayPal and Cash App ONLY- A rough sketch will be provided free of charge before I continue with any commission. After this is provided, I will require a form of payment before moving on.- Although upfront payment is preferred, you may choose to pay in halves. At least 50% of the total cost is required to be paid before I continue beyond the sketch. The commission will not be fully completed before the total price is paid.- Once a payment is made, you are NOT to file a chargeback under any circumstances. If you are seeking a refund, please say so and we can discuss the further details.
OTHER TERMS
- These are commissions for digital art only. No physical item is to be received.- Completing a single commission may take anywhere between less than a week to a month or over, depending on how busy I am. I am a college student and will be working on these in my spare time. I will always let the commissioner know of any major delays or setbacks.- If there are multiple people in my queue, I will let you know your position and an estimated time before I can get to your commission.- I require a character reference of some sort for any piece. I won't make Artistic Liberty characters.- Unless requested otherwise, complicated designs may be simplified (e.g: excessive spots being randomly placed rather than specifically)- I have the right to refuse or stop any commission without required explanation.- If for whatever reason I am unable to complete the commission, you will receive a refund for what I have not completed.- Changes to the drawing may be requested/made before it is fully completed. However, if an excessive amount or a large change is requested when I'm already far into the commission (e.g: a pose being completely changed when I'm already in the process of coloring/shading), a fee may be charged accordingly.- You may repost/share the completed commission with proper credit.- Do not edit the completed commission. Certain minor changes may be done with permission.- Do not trace/claim as your own drawing.- Do NOT feed my art into an AI of any sort. This includes but is not limited to - training an AI with my art as the data, adding an "anime filter", etc.- Buyers are allowed to print out the completed drawing for PERSONAL USE ONLY. These are not to be resold.
